We¡¯re also providing media packaging accessories as various types of paper sleeves, refill sleeves; CD mailers, and CD/DVD case mailers; hub-clips, CD/DVD DG-trays; CD/DVD resealable OPP and CPP bags; and also CD/DVD labels, CD/DVD Wallets and PCMCIA card box. We¡¯re also able to provide CDR/DVDR upon client¡¯s request from our joint manufactory.

Our monthly capacity is 15,000,000 cases, 20,000,000 paper products and 15,000,000 plastic bag products.

Quality Assurance

As to ensure product's best quality and stability, we have complete manufacture machine equipments, and quality control systems. Exactitude's Quality Assurance System and directly reporting to CEO system, we have Quality Assurance System Engineer, Technician to implement from Raw material, Injection, machining, packaging to delivery. The whole production series under stringent supervising as to guarantee our quality keep in completed control system. And that's the reason that we believe in and implementing Quality Assurance System!

Our Factory

In order to decrease the cost, but increase the quality control and providing better services to all our clients, we have our own plants and workshops as to reach over 90% of self manufacturing.

1. Material Plant: We have fully equipment for plastic material: PS (Plastic Polystyrene Resin), PP (Polypropylene Resin) extrusion, treatment and color mixing.

2. Plastic Tooling Workshop: Provide all plastic tooling needed, from design, making, maintenance up to repairing.

3. CD, DVD case injection plant: we have 70 model injection machines, robots, and all the relating facilities or equipments, eg: cooling systems¡­etc.

4. CD, DVD case machine workshop: Full equipment for CD, DVD case, sleeve, welding (Auto Welding Machine), hot shrinkage, and packaging etc.

5. Paper Plant: Fully equipments for paper sleeve, paper carton, and paper mailer etc.

6. Plastic Bag Workshop: Full equipments for CPP Bag, OPP Bag, and refill sleeve etc.

7. CD/DVD Wallet Workshop: Full equipments and facilities for any kinds of multimedia wallet.
